POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Policy for Cancelling Orders
After receiving your money, order processing begins within 12 hours. So, before clicking the submit button, please double-check that your order is accurate.
- You may cancel your order for free within 12 hours of making it, but you must contact us in advance through email or online chat.
- We charge a 10% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours after the transaction to reimburse our expenses.
- After 24 hours from the time of purchase, cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to additional production and labor costs.
- If you insist on canceling your order after we have finished making your doll (which typically takes 2–5 days), 50% of the cost will be charged.
- In a case where we have finished and shipped your sex doll but, then you can no longer cancel the order, please understand. Your credit card or PayPal will be used to send all refunds (usually, banks take 1-2 weeks to complete the refund process).
Note that the following orders cannot be canceled;
- Because implanted hair is handmade and takes a lot of time, orders including it cannot be canceled.
- Orders for silicone dolls cannot be canceled since processing them would cost significantly more than TPE.
- obtainable dolls (payment has been successful for more than 6 hours). If you select in-stock dolls, we will ship them six hours after receiving your order. We are unable to recall the product because it may incur significant transportation costs, and the shipping company may take it while you cancel.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The doll cannot be returned after it has been sold for the following two reasons:
- Every sex doll is a personalized item; each doll is created in accordance with the specifications of the purchaser.

Because the doll will touch the skin and reproductive organs, the second sale will be impacted.
However, you can speak with us if you're not happy for some other reason.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The following circumstances qualify for a refund:
- You never got your doll. If you're willing to wait, we'll send it to you again or issue a complete refund.
- Received the incorrect doll - You display an unpacking video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will let our manufacturing and shipping company know about the issue, check it out, and either arrange a new replacement for you or issue a complete refund.
- If you received a doll that was significantly damaged, you should file a claim with the shipping company right away. The extent of the damage will determine whether a new replacement will be ordered. For minor damage, we will give you all the tools you need to fix the item.
In the following circumstances, refunds are not available:
- Undeliverable Orders – Please be cautious when submitting your shipment details. Your shipping label will be printed precisely as it is provided. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable incur a 50% processing fee and are not eligible for a postage refund.
- User damage - Before we ship the dolls to you, each one has through a quality check. Please use the doll with caution. Any shady user-caused harm will not be compensated.
- Pre-owned Dolls - Dolls that have been used are not covered by the warranty.
- Skin flaws - It's common for the skin tone to appear slightly different on computer screens than it does in person. Finger and toenails may come off the dolls during shipment or after you receive the item because we only use a thin layer of glue to ensure that the nails can be removed by the buyer. Simply reattach a broken nail with lash and nail adhesive.
- Loose Eyelash - To safeguard the doll's eyes, a protective eye mask (spongy) will be fastened to her face. Even if the eyelash comes off, you can reattach it on your own with lash and nail adhesive.
- Makeup Difference - We have made an effort to replicate the makeup applied by the photographer in the image. However, 100% accuracy is not promised. Each doll may vary slightly from the illustration. In the unlikely case that you don't like it, you can take off the makeup and apply your preferred makeup.
Overall, you must thoroughly check everything before using it after receiving the doll. This has major significance. Please feel free to get in touch with us within 24 hours if you have any issues or discontent. Please send us an email with as much information as you can, including any photographs and videos, if applicable. Then we may work to fix the problem.
